CPT (Join to see) I think that SSG (Join to see) is looking for 38B Civil Affairs Specialists with a W4 Civil Affairs Trauma Medical Sergeant Additional Skill Identifier. He is interested in attending the Special Operations Combat Medical Course.

You can search for people by their MOS. I'm not sure if you can narrow the search by ASI.

Could you clarify what you are asking. I don't know what a 38BW4 is and I never heard of SOCM.

38B is civil affairs specialist. The W4 identifier is awarded after completing the civil affairs trauma medical sergeant course. SOCM stands for special operations combat medic. This course is a paramedic level course designed for medics supporting special operations. Emphasis is on trauma management and prolonged care along with a healthy amount of field sanitation, dental, and veterinary medicine.
