Can lower enlisted wear the AGSU service cap?

First, yes I went over AR 670-1. Now, I know the ASU cap is reserved for Corporals and above. But in regards to the AGSU, new uniform, new rules, right? Has anything been pushed out that I might've missed about this, or perhaps the ASU rules still apply?

The slideshow the Army sent out earlier this week said all soldiers can wear it.

It’s right in DA-PAM 670-1:
f. Wear.
(1) All Soldiers may wear the service cap as an optional headgear with the AGSU. The garrison cap is the primary headgear worn with the service uniform by all Soldiers unless the commander directs wear of the beret.
