Whats the requirements to get 3 army advance pays?

I am getting ready to pcs to another duty assignment and wondering if i wanted to apply for 3 army advance pay checks how does it work. I got 1 advance pay before but regulation states you can get up to 3 advance pays. I am trying to get 3 army advance pays because i want to pay for damages for apartment i know im gonna owe money on and i need ro get another family car. How hard is it to get 3 i understand that it needs to be paid back in a year which is no problem but i never tried 3 and i dnt know what is considered justification to approve it. Any finance guys that can help or know the actual process please help .

I gotta' tell you, getting advance pays is a slippery slope. You may be better off seeing if the apartment manager will let you make payments or see if a family member can help you out. You may need to pick up a second job to be able to pay that stuff off and start building up an emergency fund. I wish you the best.

Please if you guys dnt have a clue on what i am asking of you do not respond. Im asking for correct information not what anyone thinks this is horrible answers im getting. I understand a little of what im asking you guys are not reading what my post say at all.

I doubt the Army will entertain 3 advance pays at once. It probably means 3 advance pays throughout the career. You are better off getting an AER loan and using that. Your PCS will be covered by the Government Travel Card - they will NOT give an advance for a PCS if you have a card (which EVERY DOD employee is required to have).
