Where can I find resources to create a military resume and bio for service related opportunities?

Places like the VFW will be able to help as well as your transition center. As a medium sized business owner I look at 100+ resumes per week and give them maybe a 30 second look so I would recommend gear your resume to the jobs key words and functions that are stated in the job posting. Meaning focus on the job at hand and don't over-militarize your resume.
