Has anyone been lucky enough to Reclass to 31K as an NCO?

Just curious to see if anyone has been to lucky enough to successful reclass or come back in the service (retrain) and snatch the unicorn job as an NCO. I’ve read many post on here it’s next to impossible and be prepared to have a backup plan, however I was just curious.

It’s funny you say that, I just looked into it today. I just hardly hear of anybody getting 31K.
