How exactly are bonuses split up?

It depends on how many years of re-enlistment service you do. When I had Bonuses for my re-enlistment it was split 50% and 50% at the end of the tour completion. However, because of idiots hired to work in Pay Records who have little comprehension of the English Language and understanding of contracts; I had to deal with a claim of "OVERPAYMENT" due to said employee having not bothered to read the contract and simply treat everyone's contracts the same. They literally stole $7500 out of my bank account while I was on leave and never contacted me about it before taking the money.

Just simply using abuse of authority as a Federal Employee and Officer's Spouse to avoid any accountability for their incompetence and failure to actually do research on my contract and payment schedule. This required me to call Navy Relief for temporary funding and legal action against said employee for their actions. As well as words to the Officer for pressuring the Dispo Office to hire her in the first place without proper experience about the job.
