How can my wife change her orders in AIT to the same duty station as me?

I recently was stationed in Ft Wainwright and my wife is almost done with AIT and has orders to Ft Riley. We are enrolled in the MACP. She is an E-4 and I'm E-3. Any advice?

Your spouse can email her branch manager and request to have her orders changed. There is no guarantee but if she doesn't do it now, there's no chance to do it once she PCSes

I don’t think Branch has control over Initial entry Soldiers. I saw this a few times when we called our Branch Manager for some of ours at our school house. I forget who controls them for that first duty station.

SFC (Join to see) there's actually a separate branch for IET Soldiers called Accession branch. But since this is a MACP which makes it slightly more complicated the MOS Branch Manager can contact the Accession branch and handle it

She needs to contact her branch. Hopefully there are vacancies at wainwright.
