I was talking to one the Soldiers that work in the orderly room today. She was asking me on how can she help her parents get a green card while being in the military. She mentioned something about military parole but I know there is a way around things in the military I just want to be correct when telling her the information. I know for a fact it is a very lengthy process.

Refer her to uscis.gov, JAG, or an immigration lawyer (they're expensive). From my experience assisting former soldiers petitioning their immediate family to the US, there's no getting around immigration laws, especially military parole. Military parole is a process to get through as long as the forms are filled out accurately and status of the SM is above board.

The service member has no ability to modify or impact policy. What they can do is research and guide/assist their Family. This is an ever evolving topic of Green Cards and the rules associated. Google can provide as much guidance as anything.

She needs to speak with JAG on this. She also needs to be advised to not take "barracks lawyers" advice as that can more often than not seriously impact negatively as barracks lawyers are mostly idiots. They think they know but they do not.
