What motivates you at work, other than money?

Leading the way for others.

being productive and feeling like I'm accomplishing something while making progress

Just being a soldier is enough. But the biggest motivation is Knowing where am at is a stepping stone to bigger things in the Army, and knowing I am going to work hard everyday is what motivates me.
