715th MI BN Question: How is the unit? What are your experiences?

I am plotting out what might be my last PCS and I am interested in how life is in the 715th MI BN. I have heard mixed experiences from former Soldiers and civilians who have worked with the unit.

That's a good question, but command climate changes with individuals -- the best thing I've found is to bring the culture you want and can inculcate within your sphere of influence with you. I've never been in a poor unit long and I've never left a unit that I wasn't a proud member of...good luck

i agree. I hope retirement is treating you well CSM. I definitely look back on the 741st with fond memory and use it as a gauge of how a unit should function.
