I'd like to start this place where we can get together and share ideas over a bigger medium.
Let's here them!! What are some good ideas you've seen implemented successfully in CPO 365? What things have you done for PT? Volunteer service? Training (inside or outside the curricula)?
Remember, keep it clean, keep it positive!!

My experience was awesome. A lot of tools I added to my utility belt. Last minute changes were a burden but enhanced adaptability. The Marine and I were able to bring service specific things to the table. For the COMREL we did a Habit for Humanity project. PT was quite basic but we did a lot of circuit training and cross fit. Classroom and history topics pretty much came from phase 1 curriculum.

The training has been great, several of the things we learned were later on the CPO exam (last year). Hoping it will be like that again this year!
Probably the only thing I don't like is that people think we're taking off/leaving early and get upset when we're trying to do what we're told. MCPON says this is mandatory and it influences our evals if we don't go, but then we turn around and (no disrespect intended) mainly non-enlisted supervisors think we're gaffing off.
