Will I retain high 3 if I do an inter service transfer?

I’m currently enrolled in the high 3 retirement plan, opted out of the blended. If I do an inter service transfer from Navy to Army, will I keep my high 3 or be forced into the blended? I’ve asked local recruiters but couldn’t get a hard answer.

If you're moving from Active Duty to Active Duty you'll retain the legacy retirement. You have to opt into BRS to join it, unless you initially joined after 1 January 2018
