Found out that all officer candidates must complete basic combat training before entering OCS. Does the same apply to currently enlisted members trying to switch to officer?

You have already completed BCT, why would you need to go back and complete it again? No, you will not be required to go back to BCT if you are accepted to OCS. You will go directly to OCS.

SPC Onel Cruz - You still need a 4 year degree and a GT Score of 110. As active service, you will need recommendations from your COC, so that is something you want to start talking to them about early.

Thanks for the feedback sir. Am I able to use recommendations from previous platoon commanders I had in the Marines? CPT Lawrence Cable

SPC Onel Cruz - I would use everyone that could think about, but you are going to need to current Commands blessing or your application isn't going to go anywhere. What you will need is LOR's from at least your CO and BNCO.

No, you do not need to go through BCT again. There are exceptions where a break in service might warrant that though, but waivers do exist.
