Would being prescribed an anti-depressant DQ someone from attending specialty schools such as SDM, B4, or SFRE?

Someone recently posted a similar question who was in the Guard. The majority of respondents stated, "take care of your health first." The military has de-stigmitized individuals for acknowledging their mental health needs. That said there are certain areas where they may require additional paperwork to determine why you are taking the antidepressant and if it would interfere with your performance. You may not be able to attend such schools. You won't know until you try, but whatever you do, be honest about your medication throughout the process. Good luck, and I applaud you for taking care of yourself.
