Where can I get templates for NCO Creed Certificates?

A buddy of mine is about to be pinned SGT, but due to everything being virtual for his BLC, etc he didn't get any kind of ceremony for it.

So we're looking to create an NCO creed certificate and frame it up with his name on it. Are there any good templates out there or are they all hand made?

For example, my PSG has one with Civil War and modern ranks on it signed by the NCO Academy NCOIC when he went through. To be honest it looks too fancy for anything the Army would make so I bet it was designed by someone at his BLC.

Most state JFHQ print shops have one available for free (you provide the frame),

Or you can just order them online, framed certs, plaques, etc, reasonably priced
