My DoD ID Card was taken from me due to CaC Card no longer associated with active duty. DEERS informed me that the IRR supposed to provide orders that I can be issued a CAC card. Have not received nothing from IRR nor mail. Does anyone know who do I contact in the IRR?

Also, unable to get email because the CAC cards are associated with DoD Webmail?

IRR do not get an CAC card. CAC cards are only for active duty regular army and those serving in the reserve components actively.

Yup that was a big shock. No Webmail, not access the HRC sites. No way to access ToD, etc. I get the reasoning, but definitely, a gap, if you're actually trying to serve.
