Does the Supreme Court case of John Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld (Anthrax vaccination) make the order to get the Covid vaccine an unlawful order?

The case itself is about Anthrax however, if the Covid vaccine is being used for anything other than what is on the label that is pending FDA approval, does that make it unlawful under the references in the court case about Experimental Drugs / Emergency Use Drugs??? The court case is on the premises of federal law (10 U.S.C. § 1107), Presidential Executive Order (Executive Order 13139), & DoD Directive 6200.2.

Quit looking for outs and get vaccinated! Your other option is getting sicker than hell and perhaps meeting some ICU nurses who care more about your health than you.

If the vaccine helps you not get it then why does he have to get it? If he doesn’t want the vaccine and gets sick then by your logic you won’t get sick because you are vaccinated. He doesn’t have to take the vaccine even if it a direct order from whoever his superior is. That means his superior isn’t thinking of his units health and shouldn’t be a superior. When you said “Quit looking for outs and get vaccinated” made me not like who you are as a leader. There are a lot of people getting extremely sick from the vaccine that is causing them to have disabilities. But yet you want all your soldiers to be vaccinated against a virus that exactly resembles the flu to the “T”. If you would read the CDC website you would see that just 6% of all Covid deaths are FROM Covid when the 94% are WITH Covid. Anyways. Have a great day and quit trying to force bs on your soldiers.

Jesus H Christ, and just how many shots did you get when you came in? Anyone ask your opinion then? Ever been deployed- again more shots- They ask your opinion then either? Nothing is 100% safe- but its better than dying or lying around for weeks with a tube stuck down your airway!

Why do we argue?? Don't get the shot and be an idiot and when it gets cold you and all your idiot friend who do the same can all party together in the ICU at the nearest hospital. Hospitals reported 99% of NON-VACCINATED PEOPLE WERE LAST YEAR were in their hospital only 1% were vaccinated. The number don't lie. It's not about choice or freedoms its about following what 95% of doctors say get vaccinated to help stop Covid. How did we stop Polio, by getting vaccinated it worked.

FN Steven Santucci - So you were one of the lucky ones I am happy for you, but this isn't over yet. What if another worse strain come out??? I would rather be protected than not from all the strains that are out there. There were too many deaths that happened there were too many people that almost died. The lat 2 stains were not bad and deaths were down compared to the first strain thank God. But stay safe and away from crowds in the winter and you will be fine. But that up to you age has nothing to do with this virus. Thanks for the update!

Ignoring the fact that forcing experimental medical procedures on anyone including military personnel is a violation of section 10 of the Nuremberg code, can you in good faith guarantee the life and the quality of life that every service member you are expecting to take this experimental procedure? No you can't so stick to doing what old salty c**** like you do and b**** about some soldier walking on the grass.

My main intent with posing this question is to get people thinking and to better understand the situation. I understand SECDEF is seeking a Presidential waiver. The order part came from my local chain of command saying to get it before the 15th of September.
As for the Vaccine, I can't bring myself to understand why such a push is being made when it does not cure or prevent infection, not a single vaccine does. It only keeps you from developing symptoms or keeps them to a minimal level supposedly. You can still carry, spread, and be infected with it after being inoculated. A prime example of such a case would be the 2014 Mumps outbreak in the National Hockey League.
As for getting Covid, I was told I had Covid and put into ROM while at my previous duty station. The day before the test I had seasonal symptoms of the common cold (also that of Covid), taking Dayquil & Nyquil capsules before and during the beginning my ROM for a total of 4 days of use. My symptoms were gone and my body felt fine before the first week of ROM had concluded. The few others that had also ROM'd from my work center a few days prior were in a similar situation where they had no more symptoms prior to end of ROM. None of us had any reoccurring symptoms or complications of any kind either.
Now I understand science has come a long way over the years and is still advancing further but, why is this the only vaccine in history that has been pushed the way it has? All these free contest entries, free food, special deals and other items just to entice the populace to get it. That does not make any sense to me.

First round of covid... 2 ER visits and 13 months of skull fucking migraines until my 3rd shot. The migraines are gone, lungs are still shit. Round 2 of covid... besides quarantine from family... no symptoms at all. Get the fucking shot unless you want to play Russian roulette dummies
