What are some reputable veteran job boards for an organization to post an employment opportunity?

I'm a department head for a Neurology Clinic, and we're trying to get some solid candidates in, for long term employment; and we're wanting to look for veterans. But we're kind of at a loss as to where to go, mainly since headhunters, indeed, monster, employment sites, have mainly let us down.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

You can also join one of the online career fairs sponsored by USAA or groups like American Legion, MOAA, VFW, etc

I have not researched jobs with the third link, but it seems geared for veterans.
