Veterans should be treated at least as good as we treat Illegal Immigrants who have broken the law. Looking at the top 10 misdemeanor and felonies, I would suggest the Veterans Court take a closer look at substance abuse programs. I do not see the Program as a diversion or waste of time and money. There go I, but for the grace of GOD!
