15E6 Promotions Stats who is waiting on results. And what is everyone's thoughts on the percentage, and or the changes the Air Force made this year to FY15 promotion cycle?

Out with the old and in with the new. The cycle never stops. The inflation in percentage is a bit high but I know my career needs a bunch of good TSgts.

Yeah your right! But some of these folks are not ready to be TSgt. They haven't even mastered on how to be a good SSgt and now we are going to promote them!

No one is ever fully ready to promote. Good supervisors have to help them get to that place. Congratulations to all the promotees.
