I’m on almost on my second year, I’m currently a pfc. And I have back problems from the army, it was 40 k for 6 years, if I get medboarded will I have to pay it back ?

No, you do not.

Although, if your back problem isn't so severe that you can still take an APFT or ACFT, then you should ask for a med reclass instead

A med board for back issues takes forever, like I’ve had to do literally every treatment option and 2 surgeries before they even considered a MEB for me. This young PFC has a long road ahead of him

I've known people in the nuke program who had to pay back their bonus if they were medboarded, so maybe.
