I work in flight ops. Our team has contacted everyone we can find, we’ve gone through all of the regs. We can not find who is supposed to send out updated hazard map information. We’ve gone all the way up to the CW5 in charge of safety at fort Campbell with no luck. I don’t expect to find an answer here but worth a shot.

Look to your nearest Preventive Medicine element and speak with their Occupational Health SME. If I am understanding your question, you are looking for info on hazardous waste accumulation points and other things covering HAZMAT?

You might consider enlisting the help from those folks who makes maps of Military Installations. Military maps of installations show hazard areas on the map, I believe in red. I'm pretty sure these folks get updates from Command. Worth a shot to check it out.
