How does MSSA work for AD members? Do they stay in their duty station while they complete this program? is it like a CSP program?

I recently heard about MSSA program that can be done 180 days prior to ETS and I was wondering if anyone has done this training. How does it work for active duty members? Do they stay in their duty station while they complete this program? is it like a CSP program?

Yes I am less than 12 months from ETS and I have gone to TAP. But they haven’t talked about MSSA.
