Anyone have access, or a copy of the M-SLC Welcome Letter for Camp Shelby?

I found one online, but I don’t know if it’s current. It’s from 2019, but I don’t have access to the Mississippi Nat’l Guard website.

I was in the 199th Inf Bde in 1966 when we were the first Active Army unit to garrison Shelby since the war. I remember we had barracks that had half cinder block and half screen walls. There was a college in Hattiesburg that had lots of females, and New Orleans was great for weekends.
