What are the chances of NCO's getting into USAF Honor Guard right now?

I'm looking into trying to get into the AF Honor Guard. What are my chances of actually getting in? Not sure if they need/want NCO's right now but I really want join. Anybody out there that could possibly help me?

You can always go into equal plus in Vmpf to find out if they have any openings, they had some last month for SrA's
