What are my options on pushing a conditional release in a timely manner?

I started my basic training back in March 2020 and convid started that same month. Between basic and AIT I was there for 7 months because of the pandemic. My family packed up and moved while I was in training because of financial because of Covid. I am in the Mississippi army National Guard so wen my family moved to NC it made it more difficult cause I had to fly back in forth to drill. I got to my unit in November 2020 wen i got there I let it be known that I didn’t live in Mississippi no more. Nobody really offered to help me find a solution or point me in a certain direction. Fast forward to March 2021 I was February back and forth at that point and with me and my family out of work because of the pandemic it put us in a whole. I finally got pointed to our retention NCO but by that time I am in a bad hardship problem. Instead of transferring I suggested to him that I need to go active. Because I am struggling and fly at that point was putting me in deeper. I spoke with the commander and I was told after our NTC rotation in May-July I would get the upmost help because he appreciated me for even putting in the effort of coming when there’s people leave down the street that won’t show. It was my duty to show so I would come regardless. At that point I had to continue fly back and forth until July then I would get help. He told me that he inform the other high up commanders who needed to sign. He told me I would have it signed by September because it could be slow which I understood and grateful for the help. After the rotation I had to do a lot of begging and nagging at my retention NCO to even get the packet started. It took 4 months for him to even everything together wen I literally had everything done. My PHA and all. He would not text back or respond sometimes. He told me I wasn’t priority for him 3 months after the rotation even for though I know I’m not the most important because I’m just a SPC and know what I signed up for. All I want and need so bad is help. It almost been a year since I came to him about the situation. I struggle with bills and I got continue to fly. I was told by him last month that’s it’s at TAG. I know I need patience but I’ve been patient for almost a year. Any tips on how to get it pass TAG? Open door? A letter to State Rep?

If this is a conditional release I have bad news for you.
Your TAG doesn't have to approve it.
Especially if that NTC rotation means that your unit has a deployment coming up...
Had you submitted an Inter State Transfer, (IST) for the same reasons, your TAG would have to approve it. All states have to approve an IST if the Soldier moved out of state.
Either way, it's at TAG level now, and probably there until next month.
The problem isn't that it takes 60-90 days at TAG level, it's that it took a year to get there.
The difference between a state rep and your IG is that the state rep would push this onto an aide to research regs, policy and procedure they don't understand before they write something up.
Your IG knows what to look at, it will get to your TAG much faster, helping you much faster, AND they will address the problem with your chain so the next Soldier won't have to wait a year.

First things first. Your command does not initiate the DD 368 Conditional Release. You need to talk to an Active Duty Recruiter and he will initiate the document. Then you give that document to your Chain of Command to be sent up that Chain to the first General Officer in the Chain. While it certainly helps to have your local COC on your side, with the exception of forwarding the request to higher, they are not required to approve or disapprove it. I would generally expect the turnaround time for these requests to take a minimum of about 90 days. Be aware that there is no requirement for that General to approve it either.
If staying in the Guard is an option for you, it's relatively simple to arrange an Interstate Transfer. I'll give you a link and also tell you that there is an Interstate Transfer Coordinator at your State HQ. A conditional release doesn't mean you will go to the Regular Army. You need to see if you are even eligible to join the Regular Army. Too often it is viewed as a means to get a job. The way it is supposed to go is you got to a Regular Army Recruiter and they say they have a need for your MOS at your rank. They will say that you will need to be released from the Reserves. Then you will submit for a conditional release. The conditional release usually takes a few months. That's if you can get it approved. Your state paid for you to fulfill your contract. Now you are backing out of your contract. So, they don't have to release you. Even if you get an approved conditional release the Regular Army may not take you.
First you need to change your state that you drill. You can do an Inter-State Transfer to the North Carolina National Guard so you don't have to fly to MS to drill. From there you can try to go to the Regular Army or maybe you can just stay in the National Guard.
