Currently on the ABCP program and my understanding of the regulation is they have to wait 30 days between the next HT and WT.

Approximately 30 days. That is very different from WILL BE 30 days. So, to answer your question, yes they can.

PFC (Join to see) - This is how you should have phrased your question. Based on what you wrote, I'm guessing you meant 10% over, 3% over, then 0.6% over. Is my guess correct? Even if they taped you and you showed no progress, you should be fine. Unless, of course, you gained. But seriously, 0.6% over....that can be lost after two days of workout and a huge dump prior to HT/WT.

PFC (Join to see) - I feel like as long as you don't gain weight you're fine. But they shouldn't be taking any further admin actions until you're done with ABCP. People can plateau losing weight. Is a dietitian following you? I'd ask them about it.

Pretty sure it states approximately. There could be factors preventing the command from meeting a 30 day requirement. It should not be a big deal, it does not effect program standards.

Those are the minimum requirements. They can check progress daily or weekly if they so choose. Commanders perogative.
