When out in public restaurants, bars, clubs etc. How often do you find yourself using the readiness training you have been taught?

Very confident - and my wife tells me all the time she feels very safe when we go anywhere. I find myself constantly scanning for "threats" :-)

Sometimes I have to tell myself to relax a little. But I generally like to sit near/facing exits no matter where I am when i'm out in public.
