I am leaving to USMC Boot Camp on March 28th, anything I should know, work on, or anything of that sort?

Nothing really prepares you for MCRD. The DI’s will find your weaknesses and use them to break you down. That’s the whole purpose of Marine boot training. They tear you down and rebuild you into a Marine. Earn that EGA and become one of us ‘Once a Marine, Always a Marine! Good luck!

As SSgt Murphy says - that is good advice. Your priority right now is to stay healthy and not jump into some intense training cycle. That will start soon enough. If anything, start cleaning your diet of refined sugars or any "crutches" like caffeine (soda, coffee) if that applies to you.

As for mindset, it will be important to remember not to take anything personally, though it will be a very personal experience. Doesn't matter what you do, you will be made to feel like a failure at first. That is by design. Mental toughness is the key to recruit training.

Thank you for the advice! I was definitely doing a very intense training routine, though I bring it down a bit, if not stop it all.

You don't have a ton of time to "work" on anything but just focus on your mindset. Take it one day at a time towards graduation. After that focus on the next step going to SOI. Good luck.

Thank you! And that's true, I really don't have tons of time to work on much. Although I have been doing HIIT calisthenic exercises so hopefully that helps out. Semper Fi!
