What are my chances of doing an interservice transfer from Navy Reserves to active army with a PRT failure?

I’m separating from the navy reserves under honorable with the new navy PRT policy but I am trying to reenlist into active duty army what are my chances? I keep hearing they need people

The Army doesn't have any inter service transfer programs for enlisted. You simply have to contact a recruiter like any other potential recruit

Trying to enlist in the Army for a PRT failure from the Navy is gonna be pretty difficult considering our test is now the ACFT and 3 times as hard as the navy’s test
