This is a question that's best answered by the hour and a half long MEB brief that you will get from your PEBLO. What you need to know now is that you'll almost certainly be separated so start your tap and planning now

They will medically evaluate you to see if the nerve damage warrants medical discharge...or medical retirement...or if you can be retained but medically reclassed. Now, you play a wait game for their decision. Be prepared to have further evals and stuff for documentation

You will go through a series of evaluations and eventually it will lead to your package being submitted to the Med Board. You will be evaluated for what put you on the MEB but you will also be evaluated for every injury you received while serving. It’s not a super fast process so just stay positive and keep your head up. Once you receive your findings they will let you know if you are fit for duty or not and will let you know if you are being retired or spectated if not fit for duty. You will go through a lot of classes to prep you but know you can challenge the findings if you disagree and you can appeal.

I went through it and can answer questions as best I can if you need help
