Just wondering what kind of attire is allowed there. Regular PT's or can you get away with regular Gym Clothes inside of the Gym?

it depends on your unit SOP or the base SOP once there. Units can always have their own specific SOPs. For example, when I was deployed to Iraq first time, our BN CSM didn't allow us to wear PTs anywhere except during PT or if you were going to the shower. We couldn't wear them in the DFAC but other units could.

There is generally a unit or installation policy that will dictate. Stuff like that changes regularly depending on the personalities of those in charge at any given time. While at Bagram in Afghanistan it changed almost every week or so for a while because of brass getting spun up on what they saw people wearing.

Hey there! It's great that you're planning to hit the gym at Al Asad Airbase. As for the attire, it's always best to check with the gym staff to see if they have any specific dress code. Generally, most gyms allow workout attire such as shorts, leggings, t-shirts, and tank tops. However, some gyms may have specific rules regarding the type of fabric, length of shorts, or even sleeve length. So, it's always best to double-check with the staff. Also, if you want to learn more about fitness and personal training, check out https://creatept.com/level23-personal-training-course/.
