Can I get an airborne contract added to my 17c contract?

Is possible to request airborne to your contract after getting accepted for 17c.

No, you cannot. It does not work that way. I don't have the list in front of me, but I believe 17C is also one of the MOS's not authorized Airborne at all.

CPT (Join to see) for now, the only airborne authorized 17C are found in Ranger Regiment. SF Command isn't even using them yet. They are going to the new MDTF's that are standing up around the Army though. But even then, about 95% of 17C's are in Gordon or Meade. Its just a very specialized MOS

SGT (Join to see) the 82nd does not. The 75th does, but is a selection only unit so doesn't apply to this situation
