ADP/ADRP 6-22 only discusses differences in roles of leadership, but not attributes and competencies. I've noticed different expectations for Officer performance from NCO performance.

I think the leadership basics are the same, but the execution is different since the mission set is different. I don't think it is that one is better over the other, it is based on obviously the different roles

I agree the mission set is different, but should our expectations be different. For instance, I have personally witness Officers in MTOE units not attend morning PT (nor are they doing PT in the morning), come late to work-call, take extended lunches, etc. And this was not the first MTOE unit I have witnessed this behavior.
