My career counselor says that I’m currently in the next movement market for a follow on from Korea. What does that mean for me?

Just by what you said and how you said it, I'd speculate you are projected for for an assignment after Korea. Just stand by and wait for instruction.

MSG (Join to see) - I did 20 years and only did 2 tours in Korea and one 3 year tour in Germany. Some times it's how the dice rolls.
