If I sign a Declination Statement to ETS in order to get out of drill orders, what RE codes will be on my DD214?

You'll have an RE3. But why would you care? Your RE code is only for reentry to active duty. If you plan on staying in AD you need to go do your broadening assignment. If you're not, then it doesn't matter what RE code you get.
You'll still get an honorable discharge and you can still join the Reserve Component if you want

We still need a waiver for an RE3, but for something like this, it's a pretty easy yes.

SGM (Join to see) for people joining straight into the RC with a Reserve Component Career Counselor, they don't need a waiver - as long as the only issue stopping them is the declination statement. I don't think they're usually eligible for a bonus though

From the DEC statement (DA Form 4991):
"I understand that I may be prohibited from applying for re-entry into the Active Army for a period of at least 93 days if separated at current ETS, and at least 2 years if voluntarily separated before current ETS.
