I got selected to become a flight warrant and will go to WOCS in the fall. My dream has always been to fly and I want to fly for the best unit possible. What should I do to make myself stand out and become as marketable as possible for the recruiting team? I'm talking stuff like tracks, airframes, schools, duty stations, etc. I have already attended Air Force Air Operations Course Initial Qualification Training (AOCIQT) and received the ASI of 5A.

Please don't just say obvious things like "pass WOCS," "have a high pt score," "get distinguished honor grad," or "meet the minimum requirements." This is an actual goal so please don't waste our time by writing simple things...

The obvious answer is to get type rated in an airframe they have, so 47s or 60s for your first job.
Then you need a few outstanding OERs that demonstrate that you are quantitatively doing it all better than your peers and get at least 500 hours flying, or at least 50 hours Pilot in Command (PIC), then you volunteer.

Honestly, be sure you let the 160th know that you're interested.

I'm not sure what the current situation is but they have, in the past, recruited pretty rigorously. This includes Guard and Reserve Aviators.
