Has anyone had issues with it’s the new genesis system?

Has anyone had issues scheduling appointments, getting wrong appointment times, refilling prescriptions, appointments being cancelled without you being notified etc. with genesis. I heard a lot of folks are having these issues army wide and I was wondering if it was just me but I guess not.

I have never seen an option for scheduling much of anything on Genesis. You basically have to call the TRICARE appointment line has been my experience the last 3 1/2 years. I have gone to look to see what can be scheduled but it never has shown my PCM or even now the clinic I'm in.

So I said scheduling appointments I've never done. Appointments already scheduled no, they never get cancelled without someone calling me to ask about rescheduling though, the majority of appointments are for my daughter and I don't have many. Prescriptions, I don't do anything with prescriptions on Genesis. I call in refills and when the refill runs out, I tell my kid's PCM (since she has more than I ever have) and then when it's a new prescription I know I have to go into the pharmacy to get it.

I would say they're not having these issues army wide because Genesis has not been instituted army wide yet. Most professionals are having issues accessing Genesis because they're still using AHLTA.and don't know how to access Genesis. Most users using Genesis are having issues because it's barely past its pilot program - only available in a few bases
