I got a soldier he’s going through MEB. He got physical orders(on paper) stated he’s ETS is on August 28 but he’s ERB stated he is supposed to ETS on November 28 we when to S1 didn’t give us a clear answer. Next thing I subjected is to talk to retention May be he can give us a better answer if anyone has some experience in this matter gladly appreciate some help

The separation orders are correct. ETS dates don't get updated or changed when a Soldier is separated prematurely in most cases

Orders are orders.
Separation orders separate you from service.
An ERB is just a "brief" of your enlisted record, often failing to catch up in a timely manner of what is currently in your record.

Have the physical orders been uploaded to Iperms? I would say you follow the orders that are approved and uploaded into Iperms. The ERB is simply a records brief - so is will only reflect what has been uploaded and approved. It might be that the orders he has (paper) have not yet posted. His retention or career counselor should be able to provide more clarification
