Treat everyone like it was the last time you were ever going to see them. Tomorrow is never certain.

CH (MAJ) William Beaver Empathy for the person you are working with, you must see the world as they view it and figure out how to help them. This applies to everyone, but especially when working with foreign troops and third country nationals.
