Why keep it cool, the taxpayer will buy another

Congress mandates we use fossil oils to help support thier districts

Troops need to know how to replace engines

It costs money, and I need to blow those funds on something really useless

My helicopter has been using synthetics for decades. MIL-L-85734 XMSN fluid.

The air force buys it all for shining the rocks on the runway so the pilots don't trip after a long night at the officers club
