Can you get the government travel card to report to your credit?

Hello, I got the GTC a long time ago, and when I applied for it, I didn't have a credit score. So they gave me a restricted credit card which does not show up on my credit report. Is it possible for me to upgrade the card to have it reported on my credit?
The account age and on-time payments would help my credit. And I never use the thing anyway. Thank you

You can upgrade the card (just request a new travel card normally). They'll pull a new credit score check and you'll have to meet the requirements (FICO score >659).

Regarding the reporting, I believe that Citi will do that even for restricted accounts. Check your credit report* to see if Citi is on there.
