FTX is coming. Looking for pre-filled casualty feeder cards for OCs hand out to "wounded" Soldiers to practice CLS/TCCC/Medical as part of training scenarios.

Hoping there is an online resource where we can print them off, but if there's a resource on post I'm not aware of I'd be interested in that too. TAS-C could not assist.

CPT (Join to see), how long do you have? You can order the MILES casualty cards through TASC. It's been so long since they've probably been used that most don't know the nomenclature of them anymore.

You're looking for GTA (Graphic Training Aides) 08-11-014 or GTA 08-11-015.
APD* shows that they are still active items.

If you need them as soon as possible, you can download them from C.A.R. and print them out*. GTA 08-11-014 doesn't have really anything in the downloadable file, but GTA 08-11-015 has a complete deck (In color to boot!)

-------------------------
* List of GTAs available - https://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/GTA.aspx

* How to print the cards from your computer
1) go to https://rdl.train.army.mil/catalog/search?current=true&search_terms=GTA%2008-11-015
2) click on "info & alt formats"
3) Towards the bottom of the item you'll see a .zip of the download package.
4) I'll leave you to figuring out how to print the cards, cut them up, laminate, etc.

They usually have something like that on base but I see that TAS-C couldn't help you. For a while I used to work for the first Army and I ended up creating my own cards based off what they use at JRTC. It would probably be your best bet. Buying a pre-cut business card sheet template from Walmart would be able to give you the right size and you could just design your own card and print it before you hand it out.

CPT (Join to see) Filling out the CASUALTY FEEDER CARD should be part of the training for the unit. Perhaps what your looking for is GTA 08-11-014 Casualty Cards https://rdl.train.army.mil/catalog-ws/view/100.ATSC/F1D89D87-A2B2-43A9-9593-F13DFE1FF [login to see] 247606/08-11-014/0811014_top.htm If you local TASC does not have them on hand, hit up all of the unit S-3 and or G-3 shops.. look for the enlisted folks and ask them. They are in a desk or storage closet, file cabinet or on a shelf somewhere gathering dust.
