When it's time to reenlist, you reenlist for a new duty station.

What if I'm only there for a year and won’t be at my reenlistment window?

SGT (Join to see) extend for an extra year so you are in your window next year, or take whatever HRC gives you. You can update your ASK but it's not a request, it's more of a wishlist

SGT (Join to see) you can also submit a COT if the next place you want to go is OCONUS
