Where can I find the regulations on vehicle marking?

I've searched this without any clear answers online...can anyone tell me where to find the regulations on vehicle marking? I'm looking to clean up the stenciled bumper numbers on some JLTVs but I don't have the exact specifications for letter size or font I need in order to cut new ones.

Most people don't think to look in to Technical Bulletins, but TB 43-0209 covers that.
Army Pubs is timing out for that TB right now, but other locations can be found doing an internet search that have the bulletin*
