Is it cost effective deploying one Army BCT to Europe?

The Army is deploying BCTs to Europe on a nine month rotational basis. Wouldn't it have been more fiscally responsible to have kept at least one armor/stryker brigade there?

We have accepted the cost is acceptable for now. On a completely different note, trading and show of force missions BCTs valuable on the ground training experiences.
