Are Soldiers who go on title 10 CONUS deployments given dwell time?

I completed orders for a CONUS deployment in August 2022 with my reserve unit in CA. I was on Title 10 orders. I am now assigned to a reserve unit in HI. This unit is up for the same deployment rotation that I just returned from last year. Does being on a CONUS deployment qualify me for dwell time? Is so, how much dwell time am I entitled to?

As a reservist, you're actually asking about the "mobilization-to-dwell", not the "deployment-to-dwell" (which applies to the active component).
Short answer: You're within your 12 month window from the end of your last mobilization - will require you to volunteer or SECDEF approval to involuntarily mobilize you. This assume that your last mobilization was involuntary.
The mobilization to dwell goal is 1:5 for reservists with SECDEF approval to mobilize an RC servicemember or unit that is at 1:4 or less.
You CAN be involuntarily mobilized with a dwell of less than 1:4, but requires that the first GOFO in your chain certify that everyone else was considered before they involuntarily mobilize someone with a less than 1:4 dwell. Servicemembers with less than 12 months of dwell will not be involuntarily mobilized except in a few cases (12301(a), 12304(a) or 12304(b)).

We you mobilized on your last tour or was it ADOS? I became well versed in dwell time on my mobilization.

I was mobilized (Title 10 orders). I was originally slated for Iraq, but was offered a position with a JTF out of Fort Belvoir, VA.

SFC (Join to see) how long was the mobilization. I can pull up the regs later but if your activation classifies as a mobilization (it sounds like it does) the current reserve dwell policy is 4:1.

I was on standard 400 day orders. With acrued and rollover leave from 2 previous MOBs, I was on orders for 381 total days. I spent 9 months at Fort Belvoir.

Do not sign a dwell waiver if you don't want to activate again. The Reserves have a habit of not being up front.
