Just received this image via text from my sister-in-law, with the caption "First high resolution image of Pluto causes concern." It was followed by a message explaining that my little brother didn't get it. Oh how I thought Star Wars transcended generations!

Any takers on whether or not kids from the 80s signify a whole other generation, or if the generational divide happened later?

"I'm afraid this Death Star is quite operational!"
With that said, the generational divide happened later in my opinion. The 80's were my most formative years (I was born in 1974) and I totally get it! Maybe the later 80's, but you had to be pretty much living under a rock to not know what Return of the Jedi was!
