Does Army Ignited send us the exam fee after we're approved by finance to take an exam? If so do they mail it or is it Direct Deposit ?

Not familiar with ArmyIgnitED specifically (after my time), but they should do reimbursements the same as the rest of DoD - DFAS payment.

I'm familiar with COOL and they reimburse though DFAS direct deposits (I believe DFAS did away with cutting physical checks about 10 years ago and will only do them now if you have an approved waiver because of mental impairment or physical location that doesn't support electronic payments)
