If you're talking about your work email account, then that is driven by what is in DEERS for your rank. I would double-check your information in MilConnect. If it's wrong, then you should go to your nearest RAPIDS location and get it fixed (or though your unit).

SSgt Wilson Ortiz - Ahhh. That's something I might be able to help with then. Your S1 should be using IPPS-A than. There have been a number of glitches with the switchover, so this is probably related to that.

The IPPS-A site appears down or blocked right now so I can't look up the list of outstanding issues.

Did your S1 confirm that your rank had changed in the system, or is your rank correct when they bring up your record?

If the later, then IPPS-A is likely causing the issue and when it's addressed, your problem will also be fixed (the IPPS-A team has been playing whack-a-mole for months since the system switchover).

If the former, then your S1 needs to update the system on their end. If they have trouble figuring out how to do it, they should contact the IPPS-A help desk (https://ipps-a.army.mil/contact ... whenever the page is accessible again) for assistance.

Rgr Sir. S1 stated that everything still has my correct rank. Although, I still think the merge somehow caused this glitch of the sort. Hopefully, it works itself out. I too. Thanks.
